My wife and I own a reasonably large and complex house in which HES installed both a security system and a central vacuum system when the house was built in 2005. Since that time, we have used HES both as a monitoring and a repair service. There have been occasions on which we have had to call HES to resolve some malfunctions that I was unable to resolve myself. Each time, we were fortunate to have your technician come to our house to provide the service we needed. Yesterday was one such occasion. As always, your Technician provided exceptional quality diagnostic and repair capability with an excellent customer care ethic. In addition to the aforementioned capabilities, I really appreciated the pro-active approach your staff takes when providing the service.
